Troubles and Solutions

• Applet is not running.
  Symptome:Gray Box or Red-Crossed Gray Box appears on the browser desktop instead password dialog.
  Possible solutions:
  
  1. Applet requires Sun JRE 5.0 update 4 or higher. Visit www.java.com  to obtain suitable version of JRE.
  2. Be sure that your browser maintain Java Applet executing.
  3. For IE users. Set option Java(Sun) Use JRE in Tools->Internet Options->Advanced.
  
  
• Wrong applet behavior.
  Symptome: Password dialog running but where is main window?
  Some controls in main window are invisible.
  Possible solutions:
  
  1. Close all frames of running browser and start again.
  2. Never press reload browser button.
  3. Never start applet from the browser frame which already was used for this target.
